Eve explains her actions; Zack Ryder responds

Posted on 22 February 2012 by FrontRowFanatics.com Auto Update

After Eve declared on Raw SuperShow this past Monday that she’d taken advantage of Zack Ryder’s feelings to further her own career and planned on doing the same with John Cena, the Diva quickly became the recipient of the World Wrestling Entertainment Universe’s scorn on all fronts. Fans have chanted that she is a “hoeski,” and have taken to Facebook and Twitter to give Eve a piece of their minds.

In a World Wrestling Entertainment .com exclusive video, the Diva responded in an attempt to explain her actions. She said that everybody uses each other and asked why she was on the receiving end of so much vitriol. Eve described herself as a “woman of class,” believing that she did not deserve the reaction she was getting.

One person who may disagree with Eve’s statements is Long Island Iced-Z, himself. Zack Ryder, still convalescing from injuries, posted a response to the Diva’s comments on his Facebook page.

SuperSmackDown LIVE’s Champion vs. Champion showdown ends in controversy

Posted on 22 February 2012 by FrontRowFanatics.com Auto Update

ROCKFORD, IL  – In a roller coaster Champion vs. Champion Match between World Wrestling Entertainment Champion CM
Punk and World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan (Brian Danielson), the involvement of two World Wrestling Entertainment
General Managers turned SuperSmackDown’s main event upside down.

The Match between World Wrestling Entertainment Champion CM Punk and World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan (Brian Danielson) ended in a Double Pin (WATCH | PHOTOS)
When Sheamus’ involvement in the main event between CM Punk and Daniel Bryan (Brian Danielson)
caused the World Heavyweight Champion to lose, Interim Raw GM John
Laurinaitis came to the ring and restarted the match!

Moments later, when Bryan used the ropes to win, SmackDown GM
Theodore Long started it again!

Then, with both determined General Managers at ringside, the
explosive match ended with both Superstars pinning each other at the same time.

As a result, SuperSmackDown went off the air in absolute
controversy, with Laurinaitis holding Bryan’s hand in the air and Teddy holding
Punk’s.

David Otunga def. Ezekiel Jackson (Rycklon Stephens) (WATCH | PHOTOS)
After losing to David Otunga on Raw SuperShow,
Ezekiel Jackson (Rycklon Stephens) demanded a rematch on SuperSmackDown LIVE. But after The
Personification of Domination failed to end things with the Torture Rack,
Otunga turned the tides, throwing his
opponent to the canvas for his second triumph in 24 hours.

Mark
Henry def.
Big Show (Paul Wight) by Count-out (WATCH | PHOTOS)
Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes (Cody Runnels) interrupted Big Show (Paul Wight)’s clash with Mark Henry to show a video of The World’s Largest Athlete losing to a Sumo Wrestler at WrestleMania 21. Though the giant hit the WMD on The World’s Strongest Man, he was so embarrassed by Rhodes’ display that he chased him away from the ring, allowing the out-cold Henry to pick up the win by count-out.

The Great Khali (Dalip Singh Rana) def. Drew McIntyre (Andrew Galloway) (WATCH | PHOTOS)
The Great Khali (Dalip Singh Rana) made quick, but brutal, work out of The Chosen
One, hitting McIntyre with the devastating
Punjabi Plunge for the three-count.

United States Champion Jack Swagger (Jacob Jager) Dolph
Ziggler def. Kofi Kingston R-Truth (Ron Killings)
(WATCH | PHOTOS)
In a whirlwind match, the echoing screams
from Vickie Guerrero outside the ring provided enough
commotion for Dolph Ziggler to hit the Zig Zag on Kofi
Kingston for the huge tag team victory.

SmackDown General Manager Theodore Long introduced Interim Raw GM John Laurinaitis to his “special” office (WATCH)

Sheamus (Stephen Farrelly) def. The Miz (WATCH | PHOTOS)
The Miz emerged at the start of SuperSmackDown LIVE, congratulating his
one-time NXT Rookie World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan (Brian Danielson), for main-eventing the
upcoming WrestleMania. But, Sheamus (Stephen Farrelly) soon interrupted to put a
stop to their buddy fest. After Bryan slapped The Great White and exited the
ring, Miz took the opportunity to attack The Celtic Warrior from behind. For
his trouble, Sheamus (Stephen Farrelly) expelled him from the ring.

As a result of their
altercation, SmackDown General Manager Theodore Long made a match between
Sheamus (Stephen Farrelly) and Miz. After a tremendous showdown, the No.
1 contender to the World Heavyweight Championship hurled his prey to the canvas
for the three-count.

Shaq will not compete at WrestleMania

Posted on 22 February 2012 by FrontRowFanatics.com Auto Update

Despite Shaquille O’Neal’s claim that he will compete at
WrestleMania XXVIII in Miami, World Wrestling Entertainment officials have informed World Wrestling Entertainment .com that the
15-time NBA All-Star is not scheduled to appear on the card.

The professional basketball legend made waves this past
weekend when he reportedly told celebrity news site HollywoodLife.com that he
will wrestle on April 1. During his storied basketball career, O’Neal amassed four
championship rings, the most recent of which came in 2006, when he started as
center for the Miami Heat.

A longtime member of the World Wrestling Entertainment Universe, O’Neal has appeared
in the ring before. As guest host of the July 27, 2009, edition of Raw, the
seven-footer inserted himself into that evening’s tag team main event of Chris
Jericho and Big Show (Paul Wight) vs. Cryme Tyme. After the bout’s conclusion, Show
confronted O’Neal, leading to a memorable confrontation between The World’s
Largest Athlete and the self-proclaimed “Big Aristotle,” which ended with Big
Show’s unceremonious dismissal from the ring. (WATCH)

“I would like @chrisbrown fight somebody

In 2009 Brown was convicted of felony assault
against singing sensation Rihanna and was recently criticized for a Twitter
outburst after this year’s Grammys.

CM
Punk responded Tuesday evening with a video reply to Brown “@CMPunk http://twitvid.com/4CAPE - This must be said.”

Brown replied minutes after Punk’s video was posted on Twitter. “@cmpunk the

Before Chris Brown seemingly signed off for the night, telling his Twitter followers it was time to get “back to the music,” his hashtag #Notnopunks was the No. 1 trend on Twitter, while World Wrestling Entertainment Champion Punk entered the ring for his match against World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan (Brian Danielson) on a special live SuperSmackDown.

But Brown wasn’t finished for the night. He tweeted again “Note:today will be the last day I bring @cmpunk existence up!The confrontations that people continuously bring my way are very amusing. Cuz honestly, that [expletive] is too time consuming to argue wit every person who has their own issues to deal with!”

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – After leveling some harsh criticism at Triple H, Undertaker
finally got The Game to agree to face him at WrestleMania … but it will be on Triple H’s terms: Hell in a Cell. Chris Jericho won a
Battle Royal, making him the No. 1 Contender to World Wrestling Entertainment Champion CM Punk. And as
The Show of Shows draws near, John Cena vowed to beat The Rock in his own
hometown of Miami on April 1.

With World Wrestling Entertainment Champion CM Punk joining the Raw announce team, 10 competitors
from last night’s Elimination Chamber Matches fought for the chance to face
Punk on The Grandest Stage of Them All. One of the biggest threats was
eliminated first when The Great Khali (Dalip Singh Rana) was tossed from the ring. Next to go was
The Miz, as well as his dream of headlining WrestleMania. Then, Wade Barrett
and R-Truth (Ron Killings) were both eliminated by Santino Marella. Big Show (Paul Wight) eliminated
Doph Ziggler by tossing him onto the announce table. Out next was Kofi Kingston,
who was sent flying from the ring by Jericho.

The final four were Big Show (Paul Wight), Santino Marella, Cody Rhodes (Cody Runnels)
and Chris Jericho. First to go out of the final group was Santino, who was
eliminated by Rhodes. Then it was down to two when Show eliminated Rhodes. Then
as The World’s Largest Athlete appeared ready to put away Jericho as the two tangled on the ropes,
Rhodes interfered, pulling Big Show (Paul Wight) from the ring apron, sealing the win for Jericho.

After the bout, Punk entered the ring to stare down his No.
1 Contender. When the World Wrestling Entertainment Champion offered a handshake to Jericho, he refused and
walked out of the ring. (WRESTLEMANIA PREVIEW)

Rock for returning, but not sticking around World Wrestling Entertainment , Cena vowed to beat The Rock in
his hometown of Miami on April 1.

Triple H accepted
Undertaker’s WrestleMania challenge; two to square off in Hell in Cell
(WATCH)
After calling the last year hell because of uncertainty, Undertaker called out
Triple H. Saying he was shocked Triple H said “no” to his WrestleMania
challenge, The Phenom continued to push for an answer.

At first Triple H said, “I’m sorry, but the answer is no”
and walked away from the ring.

Triple H - UndertakerBut as the World Wrestling Entertainment COO walked up the exit ramp, Undertaker finally
got what he wanted by saying: “You know Shawn (Michaels) was
always better than you.”

With those biting words, Triple H removed his jacket and tie
and strutted back to the ring to confront The Deadman. “I can do what Shawn couldn’t
do … I can finish it. I know it. You know it … You want this? You want WrestleMania?
You want it all to come to a head? You want an end? You got it!”

But before he left, The Game added one more thing: “We do
this. We go all the way. No return. No uncertainty. No excuses. The Streak
ends. The era ends. You get your end. We do this, we go all the way. I will
face you at WrestleMania under one condition … Hell in a Cell.”

After finally getting what he wanted, Undertaker shot one
more ominous gaze at his foe and exited the ring. (WRESTLEMANIA PREVIEW)

run both Raw and SmackDown at last night’s Elimination Chamber, SmackDown GM
Theodore Long came to Raw to defend his brand and job. After Teddy said he
thinks the World Wrestling Entertainment Universe should decide who they think would do the better job
managing Raw and SmackDown, Laurinaitis said he only cares what the World Wrestling Entertainment Board
of Directors thinks. After a few tense moments, Laurinaitis announced a 10-Man
No. 1 Contender’s Battle Royal. The participants would include all those who competed in, but did not win, last night’s Chamber matches. The winner would earn the right to face World Wrestling Entertainment
Champion CM Punk at WrestleMania.

EveA tearful Eve begged
for John Cena’s forgiveness
(WATCH EXCLUSIVE | WATCH | PHOTOS)
After saying her words were taken out of context, Eve tried her best to
explain her actions to John Cena. But as she kept backpedaling, Cena pummeled
her with his stinging words. Calling her disingenuous and more harsh names,
Cena said she and The Rock are perfect for each other. As the World Wrestling Entertainment Universe got
behind Cena’s taunting, Eve fell to her knees and cried. Then as she did her
best to plant another kiss on Cena, he avoided her clutches, threw one more
insult at her and rushed out of the ring, leaving her in tears.

Eve admitted to using Zack Ryder and said she’d do the same to John Cena
At the start of Raw SuperShow, Eve stunned the entire World Wrestling Entertainment Universe by calling Zack Ryder an idiot and admitting to The Bella Twins that she used him. And in another shocking confession, Eve said she plans to use John Cena just like she did Ryder by getting the jump on apologizing to him first. But, just as she was about to enact her plan, Cena appeared directly behind her.

Teachers’ Corner: John Cena inspires university’s honorary wrestling coach

World Wrestling Entertainment .com’s Teachers’ Corner is a place for educators to share
their stories about how they use World Wrestling Entertainment as a tool in and out of their classrooms.
Stay tuned to Teachers’ Corner for more stories about how World Wrestling Entertainment has helped
students succeed. Are you an educator with a story you want to share with

A college wrestling coach from South Dakota shares his story
about how World Wrestling Entertainment has influenced  his team’s
honorary coach, who is a big fan of John Cena:

My name is Boomer Fechko and I am the assistant wrestling
coach at Dakota Wesleyan University in Mitchell, S.D. We currently have a young man who lives in
the community that is mentally challenged. His name is Ian Ames. About a
year or so ago, our head cross country/track coach has taken Ian as an honorary
coach to the competitions.  Cross country
season is in the fall while track season is in the spring, which leaves Ian
open during the winter months. Our head
coach and I decided to bring Ian on as an honorary coach for wrestling and Ian
sits on the bench (in a DWU Wrestling coach’s shirt) with us during our home
matches. He has an absolute blast. Our wrestlers accept him in and do a great
job with him. Ian likes to be part of
the team so he asks if he can help out during the match, which we usually put
him in charge of handing the guys a water bottle as they come off the mat, and
he usually gives them a fist bump as well. The opposing team has caught on to what we are doing with him and they
even shake Ian’s hand when they come over to shake the opposing coaches’ hands.

Ian is a huge John Cena fan. He watches Monday Night Raw every single Monday and always talks about
it the next time we see him. Our
wrestlers have their own walk out music when they step on the mat to compete
and one of our wrestlers plays John Cena’s entrance music just for Ian. Ian goes nuts when the song is played. The experience our wrestlers, and us as
coaches, get from Ian being a part of this program is awesome and it seems that
Ian has a blast with it all as well.

Thanks,

Boomer Fechko

A special education teacher from Maryland incorporates the
theme music of recent Royal Rumble Match participant and co-host of World Wrestling Entertainment ’s new YouTube

My name is Josh Schechter. I’m a Special Education Teacher
at Longview School in Germantown, Md. Longview School is a special center in
the Montgomery County Public School system. The school serves students in
grades K-12 who have been diagnosed with Severe and Profound Disabilities. I
teach a class of middle school aged students. Every morning I do a musical warm
up with my students. I begin the warm up every day by reciting “Ohhhh You
Didn’t Know? You Better Call Somebody,” from the intro of World Wrestling Entertainment Alumni Road Dogg.
My students love it, and it always gets them in a great mood to start their
day.

I would also like to extend an open invitation to Road Dogg
to come and read a story to my students at his convenience the next time he
might be traveling through the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. I think my
students would really enjoy meeting him.

Former champions return to support John Laurinaitis

Posted on 20 February 2012 by FrontRowFanatics.com Auto Update

MILWAUKEE – The “HUGE
announcement” teased on
twitter
by John Laurinaitis on Saturday afternoon became abundantly clear
on Sunday night at the Elimination Chamber event.  Three former world champions representing both
Raw and SmackDown – Alberto Del Rio, Mark Henry and Christian – made shocking
appearances to voice their support for the beleaguered Executive Vice President
of Talent Relations and Interim General Manager of Monday Night Raw. (PHOTOS)

Following the World Wrestling Entertainment ’s Board of Directors’ advocacy of Mr. Laurinaitis’
performance, David Otunga mentioned on Raw that he had a plan to make his
superior not only the permanent General Manager of Raw, but SmackDown, too. “Mr.
Excitement” approached the ring in Milwaukee along with his official legal counsel,
and immediately took aim at the longstanding General Manager of SmackDown,
Teddy Long. He noted it is his “duty to suggest to The Board that Teddy Long
should be subject to scrutiny.”

Mr. Laurinaitis was quickly interrupted by Alberto Del Rio, entering
in a 1985 Excalibur convertible worth more than $100,000. The Mexican
Aristocrat had not been seen by the World Wrestling Entertainment Universe in nearly two months, and
detailed in his native Spanish why Teddy Long should be ousted from his role.

Mark Henry, recently suspended indefinitely by the SmackDown
General Manager, was next to enter the Bradley Center and The World’s Strongest
Man echoed Del Rio’s sentiments. The proprietor of the Hall of Pain accused Long
of being a bully, and indicated Laurinaitis has never behaved as such.

Completing Laurinaitis and Otunga’s trilogy was Christian,
who has not competed in more than three months, and is still searching for “one
more match” for the World Heavyweight Championship. Captain Charisma shared the
sensibilities of his colleagues, and shook hands with Mr. Laurinaitis.

The entire ordeal was clearly a strategic arrangement by Otunga
on behalf of his boss in order to put the wheels in motion to remove “Interim”
from Mr. Laurinaitis’ title, and to have him run things on Friday nights as
well. The official legal counsel then took a moment to put down his travel
coffee mug, and pull out his iPhone to snap a few photos of himself, Mr.
Laurinaitis, and their new cohorts. Otunga tweeted each photo (No. 1, No. 2)
moments later.

Will David Otunga’s plan play out the way he and

Jericho silent on Chamber match, Voice of the Voiceless

Posted on 20 February 2012 by FrontRowFanatics.com Auto Update

MILWAUKEE
– In a shocking turn of events, a crushing kick from World Wrestling Entertainment Champion CM Punk left Chris
Jericho unable to continue in the Raw Elimination Chamber Match. (PHOTOS)

For Jericho – now a seven-time Elimination Chamber veteran – it
was a disappointing night, especially compared to his last Chamber
appearance in 2010, when he captured the World Heavyweight Championship.

The World Wrestling Entertainment Universe is buzzing about what Jericho has to say
regarding his departure at the hands of The Straight Edge (Adam Copeland) Superstar.
Although he was unable to comment earlier, World Wrestling Entertainment .com is attempting to locate him in Milwaukee’s Bradley Center tonight to get his thoughts on the Raw
Elimination Chamber Match and CM Punk.

Check
back later tonight for updates. For complete coverage of World Wrestling Entertainment Elimination
Chamber 2012,

Is Christian Chamber bound?

Posted on 19 February 2012 by FrontRowFanatics.com Auto Update

Will he or won’t he? That’s the question being posed by peeps throughout the World Wrestling Entertainment Universe ever since Christian tweeted a photo yesterday of a postcard reading “Love from Milwaukee” with no caption. That would be the very same Milwaukee hosting tonight’s Elimination Chamber pay-per-view. Coincidence? Hmm. With the mischievous Superstar, it’s never easy to tell.

All of which has led to frenzied speculation as to what Captain Charisma may be plotting. Is he actually in Wisconsin’s largest city? Or is he pulling another prank on the World Wrestling Entertainment Universe? If he is there, will he compete at tonight’s Elimination Chamber? And what would his arrival signal within the ranks of World Wrestling Entertainment ?

It was three months ago that the agile Superstar suffered a high ankle sprain during a World Wrestling Entertainment tour of Europe. Has he had enough time to recuperate? If so, a bold, unexpected return would not seem out of character. And as evidenced by the following tweets, members of the World Wrestling Entertainment Universe appear eager for the homecoming.

“where have u been? It ain’t the same arrrrgggghhh” -@tpdmagic

“YAYYYYY!!!!!! SO GLAD YOU”RE BACK!!!!! :D” -@troublelovesSam

“You deserve to be WHC… #peepsforlife” -@TheRockBRTeam

To find out if Christian will
indeed reemerge to shock the World Wrestling Entertainment Universe, be sure to watch the Elimination
Chamber pay-per-view live at 8 ET/ 5 PT.
